It has been close to 4 years since Intellect got incorporated and already it is having a clear and sharper focus on the products with which it is going to the market. The initial years have been invested in building both product and the talent pipeline for the organisation and these years saw the Brand also strengthen its global presence.
At the present juncture the organisation is at a inflexion point wherein the benefit of all the investment shall be seen in the way organisation is set to increase its top line.
This is also the point where the leaders have to draw strengths from their past as well as equip themselves with the skills of the tomorrow’s world and in reference to the fast paced growth that is expected.
Towards this objective, the organisation scanned around the globe and looked for some of the best possible interventions for its leadership team (the top 100) to get better at Intellect’s Organisation Capitals.
The Intellect – Oxford Leadership Program (IOLP) is a specialized leadership development program being conducted at Oxford University, U.K to provide the leaders with an opportunity to develop competence to Lead Intellect growth in 2.0 and beyond. This program will put the leaders through a comprehensive learning experience.
Intellect focuses on 6 Organisation Capitals: Customer Capital, Brand Capital, Finance Capital, Intellectual Property Capital, Execution Capital and People Capital.In this Oxford Leadership program to be held from 19th-23rd March, 2019, we have chosen to focus on 3 out of these 6 capitals as first phase of the program, namely Customer Capital, Finance Capital and Leadership Capital.
Oxford was chosen as the venue for its ambience in learning and two top consulting organisations, namely – Kaplan Solutions and Aon Hewitt were retained to work with the leaders on commercial acumen and leadership capability building respectively.
The First Batch of this Flagship Leadership Program will be held from March 19 to 23, 2019. Program will provide the participants with an immersive experience with the exposure to various aspects of business and leadership. The program’s components offer tools, resources and learning experience to enhance and develop leadership abilities. The group of leaders will also get an opportunity to interact, network and build relationships with peers and build a strong community.
The organisation has already planned to align the next cohort of participants to shape the thinking of the next levels of leadership to put together similar programs to be held in other top class venues in different geographies. Several leaders have expressed delight at the kind of investment the organisation is willing to make in their development.
