Counterparty Self On-boarding Portal

Counterparty Self On-boarding Portal (CSOP)

Introduction

One of the biggest challenges of setting up new relationships within the Supply Chain Finance Program is the counterparty onboarding process, which often requires gathering data from multiple sources and sequential approvals. Data-driven automated processing will optimise collaboration and transparency and reduce the risk and the red tape.

Our Supply chain finance solution comes equipped with the Counterparty Self On-boarding Portal (CSOP), which manages the end-to-end counterparty onboarding process. The portal is a uniform window for users/stakeholders across the value chain in the counterparty onboarding process.

All parties, for example, Anchor Customer(s), bank sales Manager (s), Agency User(s), and counterparties, can access the system over the Internet to upload the required documents on various SCF programs.

The portal also allows users/stakeholders to effectively monitor and track the progress and status of the counterparty onboarding requests through user dashboards and comprehensive reports.
